I love when I stay under budget and I tell the cashier that I met my budget they never ever believe me, like is some streak of dumb luck, but I tell them in all honesty “Seriously I have a 50 dollar budget this is well planned!” This week was no exception. I had my cousin over for a barbecue and we were making hamburgers, and homemade Rocky Road Ice Cream (recipe to come on Tuesday). So I was a little concerned that I might go over the budget, but I didn’t and I always love that. I also bought tons of fruit including Plumcots; there a mix of apricots and plums, and super sweet and good, I love when they are in season!
