A good friend of mine and fellow mother of twins Dory makes beautiful cookie and cookie bouquets. So for DT’s birthday I decided to have some trucks made. She did a great job, so much detail and they taste excellent soft and buttery with a hint of almond, yum. DT was so surprised he really loved them and the fact that she could make little trucks with so much detail, like chrome pieces and the pipes. What fun! We are also going to have her make some Elmo cookies for their second birthday party.
She went to the extra little details (some of which I have blurred out to protect the innocent, ha ha) like the boys names, and the names of our trucking company.
So if your interested in having some fun yummy cookies, contact Dory through her blog, and she will set you up. She does cookies for all themes and occasions and will mail too!
PS: Happy Labor Day!! Hope everyone is having a wonderful day.
Looks so cute!!
Those look soooooooo yummy! We’ve got a place right around the corner that does stuff like this. Outrageous prices though but SUCH good cookies! I’m gonna go check out your friends site now. I’m hungry already, lol
Wow, those are gorgeous! And yeah so very detailed…it’s amazing how she can turn a plain cookie into a truck!
Maybe I’m going about all this cake business the wrong way…maybe I should’ve just made cookies!
That is so cute! I love them!
Those are beautiful. Making cookies that look as good as they taste is not something I’ve mastered. Or every will!
Very cool!!
Wow! Thanks for the post about my cookies! And thanks to your readers for the great comments!
What a great idea! Love the cookies – they’re so cute!
