We have a super busy week ahead, I am busy planning the boys 3rd birthday party this weekend, and I am also reviewing a menu planning item. So I have some new recipes on the menu this week. Don’t worry there will be more detail about this in a few weeks.
Any tips on having a successful birthday party?
Last week we enjoyed:
Scrambled eggs over Asparagus (the chickens are laying like crazy, this is my fave way to eat scrambled eggs)
This week we have planned:
Breakfasts:
Eggs, toast and fresh fruit
Cereal with bananas
Dinners:
Northern Country Stew, salad and garlic bread
Pigtails with cheese dip
Taco calzones
Bandito Dogs and Frito pies, veggies and fruit (all for the boys B-day party)
Snacks and desserts:
Smore’s outside if it’s cold.

what a fun and flavorful week!
Okay, I have to ask… what are pigtails?
@mub, Hey Mub, they are basically dough wrapped around a hot dog and then baked, it’s fun meal for the boys.
@mub, I’m glad you asked, I was wondering what they were too! 🙂
Hi,
The Cajun Chicken Pasta sounds & looks yummy!
I’ve added it to our menu for the week.
Thank you!
