Wow, how fun was yesterday? The boys had a blast dressing up, trick or treating and handing out candy. If I can get their cowboy outfits off of them today, it will be a miracle.
On other news the Pumpkin Link-up was a great success, thank you for everyone that link-up and visited the links. I am so amazed at some of the awesome recipes, I just can’t wait to try them.
This week we have planned:
Breakfasts:
Eggs, toast and fresh fruit
Cereal with bananas
Dinners:
Caldo de Pollo (Chicken Soup) (recipe to come)
Scrambled eggs over Asparagus (the chickens are laying like crazy, this is my fave way to eat scrambled eggs)
Snacks and desserts:
leftover halloween candy!

Yum! You inspire me with your menu planning!
And the costumes are so fun, aren’t they? 🙂
Looks like a yummy week! Do your hens ever slow down on egg production? Or is the weather warm enough to keep them laying all winter?
My 2 YO asked me if we could go trick or treating again today. 🙂 They’re so much fun!
The Cajun Chicken Pasta looks wonderful!
Have a great week 🙂
That cajun pasta looks amazing! Yum. 🙂
