After a stressful egg hatching last week I am starting to feel a bit more like myself again. A little more energy and motivation to do something other than obsess over non hatching chicks. And I do it again in just 19 days, ahhh! Any-who this past weekend DT and I went out to eat and like I usually am I was inspired to try to make what I had at home. So I have a new restaurant meal planned as well as an old favorite restaurant inspired dish. I just love eating out and then experimenting at home. Our county fair is this week so I am sure we will be spending some time out their enjoying all the activities and I know the boys will just love it. How’s your week looking?

The pumpkin cookies look good. I was going to make some pumpkin bread tonight because I need to use up the stuff I froze and make room for new food. Thanks for the idea!
