Christmas week, can you think of a better time of year? I certainly can not. Though it will be extremely busy. I am ready and still have some Christmas shopping to do (eek). We are also hosting my In-laws family Christmas the Sunday after Christmas, so I am excited to be doing that its my first time to host a holiday party, so wish me luck! We are serving Fajitas a bit different, but after all the traditional feasts Christmas eve and Christmas day we will be ready for something different. I’ve had lots of fun decorating this year, and have count em, 3 trees!!! My Christmas spirit is overflowing this year! Merry Christmas to you all.
