This week I am going to be cooking with meat from my freezer, DT’s parents have given us lots of fresh yard eggs so I will be making my egg casserole again.

Tuesday: Mini Meatloaf with peas and sweet potatoes
Wednesday: Crock pot Roast with Potatoes and Carrots (cooked Lynn’s Style)
Thursday: Leftover Roast sandwiches
Friday: Egg Casserole
