I’m started adding in a few 30 Day shred workouts last week, and if you remember at all I love me some Jillian Michaels, she makes it hurt so good, and quick. You can read about some of my results shredding before. And muscles have memory right??
I am still kicking along with my Trim Healthy mama lifestyle diet and feeling lighter and so good each day making good healthy decisions for myself and my family. They see the new ingredients I am using and I love being a healthy example to them that eating healthy isn’t boring or gross. Most of the meals on my plan this week are THM friendly and/or easy to convert in a healthier way. I do still cook real food and real meals my family will eat, with just a few tweaks here and there (slow burning carbs and healthier sugars). And I am down about 20lbs which feels so great and encouragement to keep going.
Here’s what caught my eye this week and what I’m reading:
- I’ve been listening to Whitney Way Thore, “I Do It with the Lights On: And 10 More Discoveries on the Road to a Blissfully Shame-Free Life” she tells of her life with weight gain, loss, struggles and PCOS. It’s raw and real and so relatable (even if you don’t struggle with weight issues), she’s encouraging all the while, and so very entertaining. I love hearing her read in her own voice too. We are friends just chatting it feels like. I love listening on Audible and if you sign up you get 2 free books!
