Using meat from our freezer and veggies mostly from our garden is how I created this menu plan.
Monday: Fajitas, rice and beans
Tuesday: Meatloaf, Sweet Potatoes and Peas (recipe to come)
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Chicken Fried Steak, Broccoli and Salad
Friday: Pizza
