Did I ever mention I love menu planning? It just makes life easier. No last minute running to the grocery store or rushing to defrost meat from the freezer. I also love finding new recipes to try, or creating new recipes. Ok I just love food in general and cooking so anything that can make those too things easier is a plus for me.

Breakfasts:
PB Banana Roll up
Avocado Egg(making these again, I am slightly addicted to them)
Dinner:
Barbecue Chicken, roasted asparagus, and green beans.

Shrimp Scampi Pasta (recipe to come)
Beef and Broccoli Stir-fry with brown rice.
Homemade Fish sticks (recipe to come) with sweet potato fries.
Snacks, desserts, drinks, other:
Apple Nachos (recipe to come)
Smores from leftover Easter candy

Yes, we actually have a menu plan this week! It made grocery shopping SO much easier and cheaper than normal.
So my husband tried the avacoda egg idea. He said it was interesting. Thanks for the idea though, I had never heard of that before!
