I took a week off from blogging last week after the loss of my father-in-law. Last week was a crazy, sad, and very tiring week. I am still trying to catch up on some sleep. My mother-in-law has been staying with us since his death, and we are trying to get back to “normal” this week. I am making a yummy menu plan and we are planning to stay very busy. Busy is good sometimes.
