A couple of big things are going on. I hit over 1000 fans on facebook so I will be hosting a giveaway soon, very soon. Expect big things!! I am also having a Help Name my E-cookbook contest so be sure to enter with your brilliant names as my brain is slightly fried. The contest will continue through Wednesday.

I love Pumpkin Oatmeal cookies! I tried a recipe similar to this, except I used pumpkin I had pureed by hand. They can’t be that unhealthy, can they?
Your menu looks amazing. I’m particularly interested to try the Toasted Apples and Brie sandwiches, and the Lentils Cookies!
Lentil cookies…no way!!!! I wonder if I could sneak those into my kids!!
I’m still trying to think of a name for your cookbook…the creative juices aren’t flowing for me tonight! But there are some great ideas in your comments!!!
