I’ve been cooking up a storm lately with recipes for my upcoming e-cookbook, and regular meals as well. I am trying lots of new recipes this week, and one old fave, for a quick snack or breakfast, granola bars.
This weekend is DT’s birthday and I am sure I will be making his favorite cake, strawberry.
How do you celebrate your hubbies birthday? Anything special?

I saw those Bubble Enchiladas over the weekend on pinterest. I almost added them to our meal plan! YUM!
Enjoy the pancakes — we use the same batter and make waffles at the same time; I’m pretty sure they’ve become a favorite of ours for that reason 🙂 two-for-one!
Yummm! I always get so hungry when I come visit on Menu Plan Monday! 😛 I’ll have the Cajun Chicken Pasta and the Almond Joy Cake, please. LOL
