I am trying a couple new recipes this week, simple mini taco bowls and fried okra fritters. In this heat the okra has been growing magnificently, so we always have plenty, the tomatoes on the other hand have completely stopped, well except for the yellow pear tomatoes, those just keep going and going. Easily becoming my favorite, especially since that plant was a volunteer from the year before.

Looks like a delicious week! I am fascinated by those okra fritters….I wonder if I can find Okra in NY?!
