The garden is doing great still growing strong and the broccoli has the start of broccoli heads, I am so excited!  The greens are ready to eat and we are going to pull some this weekend and use it in the Busy day lo mein recipe.  I can’t wait it will be so much fun.  We have had some cooler weather mixed with some upper 70’s days and some great rain showers.  The sporadic weather conditions is very typical for Southwest Texas.

  1. Well, where in the WORLD is this garden? You’ve got me green with envy! It looks healthy and scrumptious! Some day we hope to have a greenhouse to grow winter-overing veggies in the mountains on our homestead. But not quite yet. *she sighs*

  2. where are you? Things around here (East TX) are looking a little nipped. Your garden looks good enough to EAT! So healthy and happy! Enjoy:)

  3. Ok, we are ALL coming over for a giant salad very soon, right?

Love your garden, for our winter conditions and lack of sunshine… Thanks for sharing!

  4. Our garden up in South Central MO is all gone. We have had several freezes already. Yours looks great.
    Have a great weekend.

  5. Ahhhh…. this is a breath of fresh (warm) air. We are covered with snow and in the low 20’s this week in Wisconsin. Thanks for the glimpse of something green and growing! Looks great!
