I went to Mom’s house last week and walked in to this wonderful aroma of saucy garlicky pizza. She and Dad were kind enough to leave DT and I each a slice and oh my is was wonderful Mom told me how simple it was and gave me the recipe, so Friday I decided to try it out once the little ones were asleep. Took about 5 minutes to assemble, and 25 minutes to cook, about 30 minutes tops! Perfect for me!

I varied the recipe for what I had on hand and what DT and I like on our pizza, this recipe is very versatile use what you have on hand or like!

Ingredient:

Spicy red pepper sauce, 1 loaf unbaked garlic bread, half sweet onion, 2 bell peppers from DT garden, hard salami, mozzarella cheese, muenster cheese, and 1 handful garden basil.

  1. I made this pizza tonight and it was absolutely delicious. I made it with Canadian bacon and cooked my veggies a little first. Fish was very impressed with his cousin and her cooking abilities.

  2. Made this last night and it was SO good! Thanks for the idea of the garlic bread — I’d seen Sunny’s recipe before but couldn’t get behind the focaccia. LOVED the garlic bread!
