Winner Selected.

Yesterday was exactly 1 month since the release of my e-cookbook E-licious.

What a ride it has been!

I want to personally thank all of you for being so very supportive of me through this process, whether it be actually purchasing my book, reading along, hosting a giveaway, sharing on facebook, email, or twitter.  I appreciate you all and in turn I’ve had a far better response than I ever thought was possible.

In one month’s time I’ve had over 13 giveaways, an article in my local newspaper, various cards, emails, and letters of support.  I never did expect all of that and it has been wonderful.

I’ve had numerous bloggers ask about writing and creating an ebook.  I say, if you have an idea or desire to create one, do it.  The entire process is so much fun.  Even the nitty gritty technical details that I don’t enjoy so much.  Doing what you love makes it all worth it.   But that’s just it, find and write what you love and know, the rest is just gravy.

And for fun, since I love you all, a few of my favorite things giveaway!!!

First up a Misto, you simply fill it with your favorite oil and use it to mist your pans, veggies, salads, etc.  Super simple and easy.

Next, a Electric Wine-Bottle Opener, my mom has one of these and opening wine has never been easier, and it’s so fun!!

and last but not least my favorite, non stick Silpat, perfect for any baking, no cutting parchment paper, no food sticking to the pans, no mess and works like a charm every time.

To enter: To win all  3 a Misto, Electric Wine Opener, and a Silpat.

My favorite new kitchen gadget? For me it’s parchment paper. I know it’s not new but I haven’t used it before and now that I’ve tried it – no going back!

  10. Apparently it’s my kitchenaid mixer because I accidentally left it behind at my parents house after Thanksgiving and the thought of being a whole month without it actually brought me to tears. I’m not proud of that…

  11. My favorite gadget is my Pampered Chef Garlic Press. Fresh garlic adds so much to my recipes!!! 🙂 (And I love your e-cookbook!)

  12. My favorite gadget is Pampered Chef mandolin. And I have already liked you on facebook.

  13. My favorite tool is my left handed saute spatula! We left handers definitely live in a right handed world and this tool is the best for me!

  14. A new favorite kitchen item would be a new microwave oven. I’ve had the same 600 watt oven for 31 years.

  15. As the only coffee drinker in the house, I love my Keurig! It works out great for the kids’ hot chocolate & the Mr’s sweet tea too!

  16. I recently purchased an electric donut maker……can’t wait to try it out on my grandkids.

  17. My favorite new kitchen tool….the newest – a silicone brush – it’s so much easier to clean than the actual artificial horse hair brushes…you know, I don’t know what that artificial hair one is made out of…ew.

  18. Microplane grater…a little bit of freshly shredded parm can just about make anything better!

  19. My new favorite kitchen item is also my Keurig! My husband hates coffee so having something that makes just one cup for me is great.

  20. The things I love most are my cutting boards. I keep my counter top scratch free and clean, my chopping is easier to transfer, and I can sterilize them in the dishwasher.

  21. My favorite kitchen item would have to be my dutch oven. I find so
many uses for it. I fried apple fritters in it and had no problems with them sticking! LOVE My DUTCH OVEN!

  22. Omigosh….I broke down and bought a couple silpats this year & I love, love, love them! Don’t know why I waited so long ~ “when” I win….I would give a new one to my DIL to be….. 🙂
