It’s been a few weeks since I posted my Menu plan, and a nice little break for me. But it’s mostly because I’ve we’ve all been sick.  Fighting the never ending summer cold, but finally last friday enough was enough and I went to the doctor and got some meds and I am feeling much better.
I did manage to make a few of  my favorite meals to stretch over the course of the sickness along with some yummy cupcakes for my mom’s birthday.
Last 2 weeks we enjoyed:

Red Velvet Cupcake with Mascarpone Icing
This week we have planned:
Breakfasts:

Scrambled eggs, biscuits and fresh fruit

Cereal with fresh fruit

Huevos Rancheros

Dinner:

Drunken Pork Chops made in the crock pot
