Last weekend was our annual Bay weekend trip. Oh, can I tell you how good it felt to get away.
A weekend full of family, eating tons, good drinks and relaxing. I could seriously get used to that.
I didn’t take as many pictures as I usually do.
We were so busy having fun and relaxing. Enjoying the breeze and hot sun.
I think my legs are still burned a bit.
Casa Aqua hasn’t changed much this year, but those trees, wow have they grown a lot this year.
2011- you can also tell how dry it has been this year, just look at the grass.
Pelican watching was one of our favorite pastimes. There were lots of them this year.
We went for lots of fun adventure walks, testing out the water. Boat rides, fishing, sunning, playing in the pool and slip n slide.
Little W wasn’t quite too sure about those waters. You know alligators live in them, this is what he told me, ha ha. Poor guy maybe we shouldn’t go to gator park anymore.
But throwing rocks in the water was a blast. Take that, you gator’s.
And finding little dead fishes, poor little bubble guppies.
We had a great time, can’t wait till next year!
I notice you have your boys in the sun proof shirts. I always used those for Hayden too. I think they’re a must for squirmy little boys who would rather do anything than sit still for sunscreen. Especially if they are fair skinned!
What a great family trip!!! I look annual trips. The kids remember them so much better, and have fond memories. We started a couple of years ago taking the kids apple picking in the North Georgia mountains. Hunter was so little then, he was in the stroller…last year he was running through the trees like a monkey…can’t wait until this year.
And I love how you captured the same area all three years. That’s a great idea. I’ll probably CASE it 🙂
