Yellow cake mix made as box calls
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
Instant vanilla pudding mix mad3 as directed
1 tub cool whip
Bake cake. Poke holes. Pineapple on top. Pudding next. Top with cool whip! 😋😋

Fresh Corn and Zucchini Saute
1/4 c butter
1/2 sm white onion
3 sm zucchini
3 ears of corn or equal amount frozen
salt and pepper to taste
Heat butte till light brown.
Cook and stir onion. Add zucchini and corn cook about 8 minutes or to your liking. Season with salt and pepper.
Enjoy !!!

My favorite recipe of all time is chicken enchilada casserole. It’s not letting me attach the recipe but it’s amazing.

There are tons of different ones. I prefer to use lawry’s Hawaiian sauce and top it with pineapples. The sauce is with the bbq sauces at the store.
