Day 7 I completed week one at level one, and from my scale says like I lost 1lb. Yea! I need to get a digital scale, but for now this will do. I had a good workout, and all the soreness was completely gone, so I figured I need to step this up for week 2.
Day 8-So this morning I did the shred level 2 workout, woo! It was nothing I imagined it to be, I guess I thought of similar exercises as level 1, but it was completely different. Lots of plank style exercises, that are hard, I mean hard!! I feel like half of the time I was just trying to get the positions right, its like day 1 all over again, eek. But I am feeling good and I know if I am sore tomorrow that’s good because it just means I worked hard today. You might ask, why are you doing level 2 already since it’s a 30 day challenge, 10 days level 1, 10 days level 2, and 10 days level 3. Well my answer is because I want results fast, faster than normal because I have a bay vacation planned in exactly 2 weeks from now and I want to get as much results as possible, so I am extra hard pushing myself. So 7 days level 1, 7 days level 2, and 7 days level 3!
And you know want I think I am already seeing results, seriously. NO I am not kidding. Ok maybe I am a little delusional, but I swear my clothes are fitting better, my stomach’s a little flatter and I feel stronger. Its a really good feeling.
I know what your thinking, 8 days she must be crazy, but I really do see, yes I said See a difference.
The boys can tell also, just this morning little H commented on how small my butt looked!!! And little W said Mommy you look so skinny!!!
Ok maybe I am delusional!
