Back to my early morning routine. The workout was good, hard but good, that first circuit about kills me every time, after that everything else seems like cake! Ha!!
I keep forgetting to weigh myself first thing in the morning and always remembered after I am dressed and have eaten and drank a gallon (not really) of water. But tomorrow I will remember because it will be exactly 1 week since I started shredding.
I am getting kind of antsy to start level 2, only because I am getting slightly bored with the DVD already, that’s one thing I hate about videos they never change, they say the same stupid jokes, But I must admit I am liking Anita more and more, because between every transition exercise she always shrugs a little, showing that shes feeling it, ha ha!! I can only imagine how horrible I look, all my grunts and heavy breathing its amazing I don’t wake the boys up.
One thing I do look forward to is the amazing amount of energy I feel now. Its like I am pumped up all day long, feeling good and energized.
I haven’t changed my diet extremely, except for a few key factors:
I always eat breakfast
I don’t eat past 7:30 pm
I am eating smaller portions and choosing healthier snack options; like almonds, fruit, peanut butter, yogurt.
and I am drinking more water.
So ladies how is your day today? Any exercise or diet tips that work for you?
As extra motivation I found Ladybug who has amazing results from completing level 1 Shred, if thats not motivation to keep going I don’t know what is, Great job!

Grats for nearly completing level 1!! I’ve heard level 2 is killer, I’ve never even tried it myself. lol Level 1 is hard enough for me!

I did the shred the other day, and my son just sat in his playpen and laughed at me the whole time! I’m glad my suffering can also be entertaining LOL

You nailed my big problem…the rule of not eating past 7:30pm. Yeah…see…I LOVE to eat. It’s a problem I have. Maybe I’ll try to stick to my 10 calorie SF jell-o tonight. 😉
Well I have bought the DVD but haven’t started it yet. Maybe tomorrow. I am not one to get up before work to do it. I need as much beauty rest as I can get.
Neat idea! I also agree that not eating after 7:30 is helpful. Although, I must admit, I tend to cheat that one a lot…but when I do it, I notice a difference. 🙂
Good job on the shred:) Have you noticed a couple places though, where Anita cheats for a second when the camera isn’t directly on her??
