Just finished working out, day 5, Yea! It feels good. Its getting a little easier and I am getting deeper and more controlled with each movement, which is hard, hard, hard! But like Jillian says its only 20 minutes make each movement count, so I am trying. I am still on level 1 but today I used 5lb arm weights on the bicep curls, and 3lb on everything else. My muscles in my thighs, and calves are still tight, but are feeling stronger already. It’s a good feeling to get each workout completed and stick to it.
On other working out news I just joined a group of blogging ladies called The Sisterhood of the Shrinking jeans, each few months they have a weight loss challenge, and the most recent winner lost 10lbs or 5.7% of her body weight Way to go Tammi! doesn’t that strong feeling make you feel great?
i was going to move up to level 2 this weekend, but i did a hike that wore me out. i’m going to do level 2 tonight while dinner is in the oven.
Just started the shred today!
It was soo tough but I felt great after I finished!
It does feel good. Once your done that is…I noticed feeling more energized after the workout with level 2, so just keep thinking it does get better the more you do it! Keep up the positive attitude!
