I can’t believe it’s been a whole week since my last 30 day shred post, but with Little W injury and our mini vacation I didn’t work out for 5 days straight, and I can tell. With all the stress from having a baby not feeling so well, packing, being on vacation with all the food. I didn’t do well, I ate and ate and ate some more oh and I downed it with beer, eek!!! I know horrible horrible.
So with that said today is my weekly weigh in with the Sisterhood and I am unhappy to report that I stayed the same, no weight loss, ugh. But I am back to my work out and eating well so I am optimistic that I will report a loss again. Go Gold Team!
Day 22- was yesterday I did level 3 of the shred, and it kicked my butt, taking 5 days off is a hard thing to do, but I felt good after wards, and I even walked for 20 minutes at lunch. I ate fairly well, but eating all the sweet over the long weekend really made me crave sweets, so I made a jello singles pudding to curb my sweet tooth.
Day 23- I did the shred again this morning, and those jumping lunges just kill me, ugh. I plan on walking again at lunch today, and eating well tonight were having Zucchini Quesadillas, yum! I wonder what it would be in WW points, any one know?
If your curious in following my journey through the 30 day shred check this out.
So how did you do today?
I input the info into the recipe builder on WW-online – I used regular cheddar cheese (1 cup?) and 8 medium, flour tortillas. At 4 servings, that is 7 points each.
If you used fat free shredded cheddar cheese, it drops to 5 points each!
Congrats on level 3 of the shred! I am getting anxious to move to level 2 🙂
Congrats on Level 3! I start Level 2 tonight and I am so, so ready – mentally, that is. We’ll see about physically.
impressive that you can have a stressful week and not gain!! 🙂 you’ll kill it next week.
I gained. Boo. But I figure I was allowed to gain this week!!
Maintaining while you’re having a lot going on isn’t bad at all!! Great job!
wow, that’s a lot of stress to overcome! that’s some good hearty maintenance though and that’s great! i used to be one of those people who thought that exercising drained your energy rather than added to it, but i just missed a day and i have no energy at all! it’s amazing how your body wants to just keep moving if it’s already moving! i guess that guy who said something about objects in motion was onto something! hahaha
