Day 10- I talked hubby DT into doing the shred with me, level 2. Now DT doesn’t work out but he is in great shape naturally. I mean how many 32 year olds can do 20 push-ups on their knuckles with their legs on a chair, seriously this is so hard, I can’t even do one. But anyways I talked him into doing the shred with me, me on 3 lb hand weights and him with the 5lbs, which he laughed out he thought he should at least have 8lb’ers. So we start the video and by the end of circuit 1, he is sweating laying on the floor and says thats it. Now I am laughing at my tough baby and he says he is so impressed that I am doing almost everything like Natalie, so needless to say my9 day lead on him really shows. He said he could tell, he hadn’t seen me all week and I look slimer and have more energy. I can’t think of a better compliment.
Day 11- I literally finished the shred about 10 minutes ago, I would like know why doing the shred in the middle of the day seems so much harder, and without DT to impress I feel like I didn’t do it as full out, like I was just tired from the very beginning. And I didn’t do as well on my diet, I made some really good peanut butter cookies. Though I am allowing myself a little slippage on the weekends and being really good during the week.
If your want to follow my journey through the 30 day shred check this out.
So how did you do this weekend?
You are kickin’ ace!! With my recent houseguests and recent frequent travel, I’ve fallen off the shred-wagon like whoa. I’m trying to get back on once I return to my home!!
Wow, I’m impressed!! You go, girl!!!
You rock! Starting my video tonight for the first time – I’ll be laying on the floor too!
