Half-way done and that feels good to say. I am feeling so energized, more and more as each day passes. In fact, I even got on the trampoline yesterday and did 2 front flips (I haven’t done that in years) and jumped for about 10 minutes without feeling too winded.
Level 2 is killer, I am not going to lie. It is definitely not my favorite level, but results are what I want, so I am pushing through. The encouragement and support I get from my ladies on our fb page is beyond anything I could have imagined. They make me want to keep going stronger and harder and push myself. So, each day I think, am I doing this hardest I can, am I pushing myself? After all, it is just a 25 minute workout, I need to give it my all.
A few choice words have been know to spew from my lips as I am pushing, huffing and puffing. Afterwards, I am a sweaty heap laying on the floor. Then doing the stretching cool down and my endorphins are going and I feel great. It’s really a great way to start each day. I also like the fact that my workout is done for the day, I don’t need to worry with when to fit it in.
I have gotten used to my routine of waking up early, putting on my sports bra,workout shorts, and shoes and going straight into the workout. I set up my laptop to play the video and I watch my DVR shows while I workout. If I only listened to Jillian and that music I just may go insane.
I am also excited to say that I have lost another 3lbs. A total of 11 lbs since I’ve started the Advocare challenge and watching my calorie intake just 30 days ago. I highly suggest for anyone to join myfitnesspal.com (it’s free- look me up Newlyweds) if you’re curious as to what you are eating each day and keeping track of your exercise. It’s really been my saving grace and helping me eat so well.
I am taking the weekend off from the shred, but may go for a run or use the elliptical. Then next week is my last week of level 2.

I did the shred in Dec./Jan. and you’re right, level two was hard!
But I did like it! It was great to be able to have a short work out that I could do in the living room while the baby played on the floor. My jumping around kept him entertained longer too LOl!

I just received JM’s Body Revolution and I started last week but couldn’t keep up because of all the construction going on at our house. But planning to get back on track today! It’s a 90-day program so I’m hoping to get great results!!
