Level 1 is completed a full 10 days and it’s a great feeling.  If I feel this good after 10 days I can only imagine how I will feel after 20 and 30 days.

I’ve settled in nicely to my morning waking routine of working out, then going on with my day.  I love getting it done early then having the rest of my day and not try to worry with fitting in the workout

I started using 5lb weights all the way through, as it started getting easier and I really want to get the best results I can.  As Jillian says it’s only 20 minutes so make every movement count!

I do the laptop trick watching the workout video on my computer and DVR shows on my TV, it makes the workouts seem to go faster and I can catch up on my shows.

I am loving my Facebook shredding group, we are each at different levels of shredding, have different exercise/fitness goals and yet we all encourage one another, I am so happy to have found such a great group of ladies.  If it wasn’t for this group I am not sure I would be so motivated and encouraged to keep it up.

I am taking the weekend off and I start level 2 early Monday morning.  Oh how I despise level 2, all the plank style exercises kill me, but I guess getting killed reaps great results, right?
