I’ve decided to embark on the 30 day shred challenge once again. After reading Alicia’s inspiring post, it’s time.
As you may remember I did this last year, lost about 9lbs and felt strong and great. But slowly fell off the shredding wagon.
What I learned from last time is that the support from others is what really helped me get through this and stay accountable. Or threatening encouraging emails help too.
So who’s with me? Tons of bloggers are jumping on the challenge and I am a little late in the game.
I need support, help, emails. Blogger or not join in, it’s fun! Just send me a message and I will send you a daily email with my progress and hope to hear yours too. We can support each other.

I wish I could join you…but I’m preggo. I will give it a go next year, when the baby is about 6 months. I did WW with my hubby after my last baby, and lost 15 pounds…felt great!

I’ll do it with you. I started Sept 1, but after 6 days, gave up. I was updating it on my Facebook status. It’s so hard to do it alone. I had my husband do it with me twice, but he said it hurt his knees too bad to continue 🙁
